Seminars are available for those who dont have time to enroll in regular classes. Seminars are a one day course given either at our school or on your location. This is done for Schools, Churches & Businesses. Self Defense courses are also available for schools, churches & businesses. These courses are a great way to give back to your students, congregation, & employees by keeping them more safe, giving improved self esteem, promoting better health and relieveing stress.
